การศึกษาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ บริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ บริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ บริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ บริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 187 ชุด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ พนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการบริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ t-test One-Way Analysis of Variance และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson Correlation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการบริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด เกินกึ่งหนึ่ง เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 100 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.5 มีอายุ 31–40 ปี จำนวน 92 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 49.2 มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 132 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.6 มีอายุงาน 2-3 ปี จำนวน 88 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.0 มีความคิดเห็นที่มีผลต่อปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน 3E โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอายุงานที่ต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ บริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด ไม่แตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ด้านการศึกษา และด้านการออกกฎข้อบังคับ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ บริษัท วนชัย เคมีคอล อินดัสทรี่ส์ จำกัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01
The objectives of this research were to study 1) To study the safety behavior of the operating personnel of Vanachai Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. 2) To study the personal factors affect the safety behavior in the operation of the operation staff of Vanachai Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. and 3) To study the safety enhancing factors that are related to the safety behavior. In the performance of the operations staff of Vanachai Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. is a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) by collecting 187 sets of data. The sample group used in the study was employees of the Operations Department of Vanachai Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, value mean and standard deviation using inferential statistics to test the hypothesis, namely t - test One - Way Analysis of Variance and Pearson Correlation. The results of the research found that more than half of the operations staff of Vanachai Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. are female, amounting to 100people, representing 53.5%, aged 31- 40 years, of 92 people, representing 49.2%. 132 people, representing 70.6% of bachelor's degrees, have 2-3 years of work, 88 people, representing 47.0%, with their opinions affecting the factors enhancing safety at work, 3E as a whole, at a high level. And safety behavior Overall, it's at a good level. As for the hypothesis testing results, it was found that personal factors were sex, age, educational level.
