ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรม ความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท สิริ ซัคเซส ซัพพลาย จำกัด
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ของพนักงาน บริษัท สิริ ซัคเซส ซัพพลาย จำกัด และ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่เป็นพนักงานบริษัท สิริ ซัคเซส ซัพพลาย จำกัด จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ T- test, F-test และวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรม ความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท สิริ ซัคเซส ซัพพลาย จำกัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ เพศ อายุ การศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และรายได้ จะมีพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วน อายุงาน และ พื้นที่ในการปฏิบัติงาน ที่แตกต่างกันจะมีพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยด้านความปลอดภัย เช่น นโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยบริษัทฯ การกำกับดูแลด้านความปลอดภัย การให้ความรู้/อบรม ด้านความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม/พื้นที่ในการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กันกับพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คำสำคัญ : ปัจจัยด้านความปลอดภัย,พฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน
This study aims to study and analyze factors that has a relationship with safety behavior Occupational health and working environment of employees of Siri Success Supply Co., Ltd. This study was quantitative research. The study was conducted from a sample group. Which is a 200-person employee of Siri Success Supply Co., Ltd. Data collection tools were questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistics, percentages, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis was tested using T-test, F-test and analyzed for Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study found that factors related to behavior safety, occupational health and working environment for employees Siri Success Supply Co., Ltd. Overall, it's at a very high level. The hypothesis testing revealed that personal factors (e.g., sex, age, education, position and income) had behaviors in occupational safety health and work environment. At the 0.05 level, there was no statistically significant difference. The age of work and the various working area. There will be behaviors in occupational safety, health and working environment, and there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. Safety factors (e.g., company safety policy, safety supervision, education/training safety and working environment/area) are correlated with the safety behavior of employees.
