Study the approach for the industrial waste management of the electronic manufacturing company in Pathum Thani province.
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการของเสียอุตสาหกรรมศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินการจัดการ ของเสีย และเสนอแนะแนวทางในการจัดการของเสียอุตสาหกรรมของโรงงาน บริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จังหวัดปทุมธานี ขอบเขตการศึกษาเป็นบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารหรือตัวแทนจำนวน 4 คนใช้การสอบถามและศึกษาข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและบรรยายเชิงพรรณา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บริษัทมีการคัดแยกของเสียอุตสาหกรรมแต่ละประเภทออกจากกันอย่างชัดเจน ไม่มีการจัดเก็บของเสียอันตรายปนกับของเสียไม่อันตราย โดยของเสียที่สามารถนำกลับไปใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตจะเก็บไว้ภายในอาคารโรงงานส่วนของบริษัทที่มารับซื้อไปทำหน้าที่บำบัดและกำจัดของเสีย จะต้องไปเป็นตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมกำหนด และต้องดำเนินการเพื่อให้ผู้บำบัดและกำจัดของเสียปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างถูกต้อง โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบดูแลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการของเสียโดยตรง
This research study was a cross-section survey. The objectives of this research were to study the approach for the industrial waste management, to study the problems and the obstructions in waste management operations and to propose the guidelines for industrial waste management of the electronic manufacturing company in Pathum Thani province.Thescope ofstudy was the electronic manufacturing company in Pathum Thani. The data collection derived from the interviewing of the executives or agents, inquiry and studying of secondary data. Then, the researcher used the descriptive statistics in data analysis. The study found that the company clearly sorted out each type of industrial waste. There is no storage of hazardous waste with non-hazardous waste together. The waste that can be used in the production process will be stored within the factory building. As for the company that came to buy, to treat and to eliminate the waste had to follow the accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Department of Industrial Works. Moreover, the company must provide the environmental inspector to control the waste disposal officers to follow the regulation.
