Application of the outstanding leadership of successful leaders in the Romance of The Three Kingdoms in Environmental Management : A case study of IRPC Industrial Zone in Rayong Province.
การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำอันโดดเด่นของผู้นำที่ประสบความสำเร็จจากวรรณกรรมสามก๊ก และศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของเขตประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมไออาร์พีซี เพื่อนำเสนอภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำจากวรรณกรรมสามก๊กที่พึงประสงค์ต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของเขตประกอบการไออาร์พีซี ซึ่งทำการศึกษาโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลทฤษฎีภาวะผู้นำและภาวะผู้นำจากวรรณกรรมสามก๊กซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ จากเอกสาร หนังสือและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (Non - Structured Interview) จากผู้นำของหน่วยงานที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของเขตประกอบการฯจำนวน 10 ท่าน และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาภาวะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอภาวะผู้นำอันโดดเด่นของผู้นำจากวรรณกรรมสามก๊กที่พึงประสงค์ต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาวะผู้นำอันโดดเด่นของผู้นำที่ประสบความสำเร็จจากวรรณกรรมสามก๊กจำนวน 21 ภาวะผู้นำคือ 1) ลักษณะทางกายและการเกิดในสายเลือดนักปกครอง 2) แรงปรารถนาในการโน้มน้าวบุคคลอื่น 3) ความมีคุณธรรม 4) ความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง 5) สติปัญญา ความเฉลียวฉลาด 6) การทำงานแบบปรึกษาหารือ 7) พฤติกรรมมุ่งคน นึกถึงคนอื่น 8) การปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ 9) มุ่งหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงการทำงานและผลงาน 10) ชอบทดลองและกล้ารับความเสี่ยง 11) วิสัยทัศน์ การสื่อสารและพัฒนาวิสัยทัศน์ 12) ทำให้คนอื่นมีความสามารถเพิ่มขึ้น 13) กระตุ้นให้เกิดการร่วมมือกันในการทำงาน 14) เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 15) ฉลองการบรรลุความสำเร็จและยกย่องชมเชยในผลงาน 16) ความเด็ดขาด รวดเร็วในการตัดสินใจ 17) ใช้คนให้ถูกกับงาน 18) การเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเอง 19) ความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน 20) มองการณ์ไกล 21) การทำงานร่วมกับกลุ่มคนที่มีความแตกต่าง ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของเขตประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมไออาร์พีซีประกอบไปด้วย 1) ความมีคุณธรรม 2) วิสัยทัศน์ การสื่อสารและพัฒนาวิสัยทัศน์ 3) ความเด็ดขาดรวดเร็วในการตัดสินใจ 4) ความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน 5) การทำงานร่วมกับกลุ่มคนที่มีความแตกต่าง 6) ใช้คนให้ถูกกับงาน 7) สติปัญญา ความเฉลียวฉลาด 8)การทำงานแบบปรึกษาหารือ
The objective of the study is to study the outstanding leadership of successful leaders from the Romance of The Three Kingdoms and to, furthermore, research on different conceptions of desirable leadership on environmental management of IRPC Industrial Zone in order to present the desirable leadership of the leaders from the Romance of The Three Kingdoms that can be applied to the environmental management of IRPC Industrial Zone. The study is conducted using a qualitative research methodology by studying and collecting data on leadership theories and leadership characteristics from the Romance of The Three Kingdoms , which is secondary data from documentations, books and related research. In addition, primary data is collected from a non-structured interview of 10 leaders of agencies involved in environmental management of IRPC Industrial Zone. The results of the study showed the 21 outstanding leadership characteristics of the Romance of The Three Kingdoms leaders, They are 1) physical characteristics and by right of birth and blood 2) Desire to persuade others 3) Morality 4) Self-confidence 5) Intelligence 6) Consultation 7) Behavioral focusing on people 8) Adjustment to be in line with the situation 9) Look for opportunities to improve work 10) Like to experiment and dare to take risks 11) Vision, communication and vision development 12) Increase the ability for others 13) Stimulate collaboration 14) Role model 15) Celebrate the achievement 16) Decision making 17) Put the right man on the right job 18) Learning and self-development 19) Humility 20) Foresight 21) Collaboration among different groups of people The research results of the conceptions on desirable leadership on environmental management of IRPC Industrial Zone consist of, 1) Morality 2) Vision, communication and vision development 3) Decision making 4) Humility 5) Coordination among different groups of people 6) Put the right on the right job 7) Intelligence 8) Consultation
