การจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพทั่วไปและภายใต้สถานการณ์ COVID -19 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม
General physical Environment management and under the COVID-19 Situation of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School, Primary Division
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพทั่วไป และภายใต้สถานการณ์ COVID – 19 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพทั่วไป ภายใต้สถานการณ์ COVID – 19 และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพทั่วไป และภายใต้สถานการณ์ COVID – 19 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม ทาการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จานวน 201 ตัวอย่าง และทาการวิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ จานวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ Pearson’s Correlation ที่ระดับนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพทั่วไป และใต้สถานการณ์ COVID – 19 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม ด้านมาตรการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของ COVID – 19 อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ด้านการจัดการอาคารสถานที่ และด้านการจัดการความปลอดภัย ตามลาดับ ปัจจัยด้านบริหารจัดการที่มีผลต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ในภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอก มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพทั่วไป และใต้สถานการณ์ COVID – 19 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ
The purposes of this study were to study general physical environment management and under the COVID-19 situation of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School, Primary Division and to study factors related to the management of general physical environment under the COVID-19 situation and to propose guidelines for the general improvement of the physical environment and under the COVID-19 situation of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School, Primary Division. Data were collected using questionnaire with 201 samples and were analyzed by descriptive statistics. i.e. percentage, mean. The hypotheses were tested by Pearson's Correlation at statistical significance level 0.01. The results of the study revealed that the opinions of personnel towards general physical environment management and under the COVID-19 situation of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School, Primary Division regarding measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 were at a high level, followed by building management and safety management, respectively. The management factors affecting the physical environment management as a whole were found to be at a high level. The hypothesis test found that budget factor, participation factor and support from external agencies factors were statistically related to the management of the general physical environment and under the COVID-19 situation of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School, Primary Division.
