การศึกษา เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอกของการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลาน เสนอกลยุทธ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลาน โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึกกับผู้แทนหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลาน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอก โดยใช้ SWOT Analysis และวิเคราะห์ประเด็นกลยุทธ์ด้วย SWOT Matrix เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งกลยุทธ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า จุดแข็งของตำบลหน้าพระลาน คือ เป็นพื้นที่ที่มีอุตสาหกรรมหลักที่สำคัญ ที่ทำให้เศรษฐกิจในพื้นที่เติบโตได้ดี องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่มีการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอุตสาหกรรมและชุมชน ประชาชนมีความตื่นตัวทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และ มีแผนยุทธศาสตร์ที่สอดคล้องกับมิติเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ ส่วนจุดอ่อน พบว่า โครงสร้างพื้นฐานไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้ประโยชน์ในพื้นที่ ยังขาดผังเมืองของพื้นที่ที่มีลักษณะเป็นพื้นที่เฉพาะ (เขตควบคุมมลพิษ) การแก้ไขปัญหามลพิษสิ่งแวดล้อมในพื้นที่ใช้เวลานานจึงจะเห็นผล ขาดรูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศที่เป็นรูปธรรมและกระบวนการที่ยั่งยืน รวมถึงประชาชนยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจและความเชื่อมั่นต่อการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ ซึ่งการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่ส่งผลให้เมืองเติบโตขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ขณะที่การพัฒนาสาธารณูปโภคของเมือง ดำเนินการได้ไม่ทันต่อความต้องการใช้งานจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมและชุมชน ประกอบกับความซับซ้อนของการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ จึงก่อเกิดปัญหาทางด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมตามมา แนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศในพื้นที่ตำบลหน้าพระลานนั้น จะต้องมีการวางแผนการป้องกันและลดผลกระทบทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีการวางโครงสร้างและการสร้างความเชื่อมโยงด้านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ โดยภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องจะต้องร่วมกันออกแบบกลไกการดำเนินงานที่เป็นไปอย่างธรรมชาติ มีการพึ่งพาอาศัยกันอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งจะต้องมีการสนับสนุนจากรัฐบาลกลางในการดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ผู้ศึกษาได้เสนอกลยุทธ์ไว้ 7 กลยุทธ์ 12 แนวทาง เพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำกลยุทธ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ ไปใช้ในการวางแผนการดำเนินงานต่อไป
A study on the approach to the development of eco-industrial cities in Na Phra Lan Subdistrict Area The objective of this study was to study the current status of the eco-industrial city development in Na Phra Lan Sub-district. The results showed that the strength of Na Phra Lan Subdistrict is that it is an area with important industries. that makes the economy in the area grow well Local government organizations in the area have established relationships between the industry and the community. People are aware of the environment and There is a strategic plan that is consistent with the eco-industrial city dimension. As for the weaknesses, it was found that the infrastructure was insufficient to use in the area. There is still a lack of urban planning of the area that looks like a specific area. (Pollution control area) Solving environmental pollution problems in the area takes a long time to see results. Lack of concrete eco-industrial urban mobility model and sustainable processes Including people still lacking knowledge, understanding and confidence in eco-industrial city development. The industrial development in the area has resulted in the city growing rapidly. while the development of the city's infrastructure Can't keep up with demand from industry and community coupled with the complexity of space management thus causing social and environmental problems. Guidelines for the development of eco-industrial towns in Na Phra Lan Subdistrict area There must be a plan to prevent and reduce environmental impacts. There is a structure and social and economic connection. The relevant sectors must jointly design the mechanism. natural operation There is a real dependence on each other. This will require ongoing support from the federal government. for sustainable development.
