การพัฒนาบริษัทขนส่ง ด้านความปลอดภัย ความเอาใจใส่ และมีคุณภาพในการขนส่งของเอเชีย : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท บีจี ลิ้งค์ จำกัด
The Development of Shipment Companies in the Areas of Safety Caring and Quality of Asian: A Case Study of BG Link Co., Ltd.
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาบริษัทขนส่งในด้านความปลอดภัย ความเอาใจใส่ และมีคุณภาพในการขนส่งของเอเชีย รวมทั้งเพื่อศึกษาระบบการขนส่งที่ดีที่สุด และเพื่อเสนอรูปแบบระบบการขนส่งที่เหมาะสมและเกิดประโยชน์ ด้านความปลอดภัย ความเอาใจใส่ และมีคุณภาพต่อ บริษัท บีจี ลิ้งค์ จำกัด ด้วยแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดโดยสอบถามบุคลากร ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม – มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงอุปนัย จากการศึกษา พบว่า บริษัท บีจี ลิ้งค์ จำกัด มีความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาให้เป็นบริษัทขนส่งในด้านความปลอดภัย ความเอาใจใส่ และมีคุณภาพในการขนส่งของเอเชีย รวมทั้งระบบการขนส่งที่ดีที่สุด เป็นการขนส่งทางเครื่องบิน (Air Transportation) และรูปแบบระบบการขนส่งที่เหมาะสมและเกิดประโยชน์ ด้านความปลอดภัย ความเอาใจใส่ และมีคุณภาพ คือ การขนส่งทางเครื่องบิน (Air Transportation) เป็นการขนส่งที่รวดเร็วและสินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าได้ไวที่สุด แต่จำกัดจำนวนการส่งของสินค้าและราคาที่ค่อนข้างสูง เมื่อเทียบกับการขนส่งทางรถ (Road or Motor Transportation) ที่มีราคาที่ถูกกว่า แต่ระยะเวลาการส่งที่นานขึ้น จึงทำให้ทั้งสองช่องทางการขนส่งเป็นทางเลือกที่สำคัญของลูกค้าได้อย่างดี
The objectives of this research were to study the development of shipment companies in the areas of Safety Caring and Quality of Asian transportation as well as to study the best transportation system and to propose a suitable and beneficial transport system safety, care, and quality to BG Link Co., Ltd. with questionnaires and open - ended question during January – June 2021. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and the qualitative data was analyzed by inductive analysis. The study found that BG Link Co., Ltd. had the potential to the development of shipment companies in the areas of Safety Caring and Quality of Asian transportation including the best transportation system and a suitable and beneficial transportation system Safety Caring and Quality were air transport. It was the fastest transportation and the product as quickly as possible, but the number of deliveries was limited and the price was quite high when compared with the road or motor transportation that was a cheaper price, but the longer delivery time made both channels of transportation as an important choice for customers as well.
