แนวทางการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าของอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว
Guidelines for Promoting of Energy Conservation in The Electronics Industry into The Green Industry
การศึกษานี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของบริษัทผลิตวัตถุดิบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เทคโนโลยีการประหยัดพลังงานไฟฟ้าที่มีประสิทธิผล พฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้า และ เสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าของอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว โดยทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าภายในบริษัท นโยบาย มาตรการประหยัดพลังงานไฟฟ้า และการขับเคลื่อนการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว และทำการเก็บแบบสอบถามกับพนักงานของบริษัทผลิตวัตถุดิบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำนวน 154 คน และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ t-test , F-test และ Correlation ในการทดสอบความแตกต่าง และความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูล ในส่วนการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าเพื่อเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวใช้ SWOT Analysis และ TOWS Matrix ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าโดยรวมเพิ่มสูงขึ้นร้อยละ 8.8 จากปี 2563 มีนโยบายและมาตรการประหยัดพลังงาน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนด ข้อบังคับ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ สิ่งแวดล้อมและการอนุรักษ์พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ในด้านปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้า พนักงานเพศชายมีพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้ามากกว่าพนักงานเพศหญิง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 แนวทางการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าเพื่อให้เข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว บริษัทจะต้องมีการกำหนดนโยบาย การจัดอบรมองค์ความรู้ด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าให้กับพนักงานบางกลุ่มที่ยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้า มีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานเพื่อให้เกิดเป็นวัฒนธรรมสีเขียว มีการจัดหาเทคโนโลยีที่จะมีส่วนช่วยในการอนุรักษ์พลังงานไฟฟ้า เพื่อเป็นกลไกนำไปสู่อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว
This study aims to investigate the situation of electricity consumption in the electronics industry a case study electronic raw material manufacturing company and effective energy saving technologies, to analyze energy conservation behavior and factors affecting energy conservation behavior of officers and then to propose guidelines to promote the energy conservation of electronic industry in line with the concept of green industry. Interviews with executives about the situation of electricity consumption within the company, policies, and measures to save electricity and driving the conservation of electricity to a green industry were carried out. Questionnaire was employed to 154 employees of the electronic raw materials company. Data was analyzed by using t-test, F-test and correlation at the significant level of 0.05. SWOT Analysis and TOWS Matrix were employed to propose the guideline. The results of this study show that the total energy consumption increased 8.8 percent from 2020. The company have policies and energy saving measures for demand and satisfaction of customers, comply with the relevant laws and relate with product and environment and energy conservation efficiency terms of factors affecting the behavior of electricity conservation, males have more electrical energy conservation behaviors than females at the significance level of 0.05.Guidelines for promoting of energy conservation of electricity into the green industry include to have the policy, training on the knowledge of electricity conservation for some groups, to organize activities to promote energy conservation for green culture and to provide procurement of technology that will contribute to the energy conservation of electricity in line with green industry.
