การศึกษาเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เผื่อการศึกษา ระดับความรู้ ระดับทัศนคติ และระดับพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัย และอาชีวอนามัยในการทำงานระหว่างแรงงาน เมียนมาร์ ลาว และกัมพูชาในอำเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง และพื่อเป็นแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการดำเนินงานด้านการสรรหาบุคลากรเข้ามาทำงานในองค์กรของคนเองเพื่อให้ได้บุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพตรงตามที่นายจ้างต้องการโดยมีความมุ่งหวังว่าพนักงานหรือแรงงานต่างชาติทั้ง 3 สัญชาติ ได้แก่ สัญชาติเมียนมาร์ สัญชาติลาว สัญชาติกัมพูชา จะมีความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีอนามัยที่ดี สามารถทำงานได้ตรงตามความค้องการโดนที่ไม่ได้รับอันตรายหรือเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน อันเนื่องจากการไม่มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย มีทัศนคติที่ไม่ดีด้านความปลอดภัย หรือแม้แต่การทำงานโดยมีพฤติกรรมที่ส่งผลให้เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรืออันตรายแก่ร่างกาย ทรัพย์สิน อันอาจทำให้เกิดการสูญเสียต่อชีวิต ทรัพย์สิน หรือกระบวนการผลิดหยุดชะงักเสียหายได้ ซึ่งการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ได้พิจารณาประเด็นหลัก 3ประเด็น คือ ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทั้ง 3 สัญชาติ มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และมีทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัยต่ำสุด ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว พบว่า ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย ของทั้ง 3 สัญชาติมีความแตกต่างกัน มีเพียงทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัย และพฤติกรรมของบุคลากรด้านความปลอดภัย ที่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ องค์การควรที่จะมีการบริหารจัดการความรู้โดยนำหลักการ ขององค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้มาใช้ องค์การควรมีการสื่อสารกับพนักงานในหลากหลายช่องทาง เน้นความร่วมมือและการมีส่วนร่วมด้านความปลอดภัยจากแรงงานต่างด้าว คำสำคัญ: พฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัย แรงงานต่างด้าว

Able to work in accordance with the,requirements that are not harmed or caused by work accidents. Due to the lack of knowledge on occupational safety and health Have a bad attitude on security, Or even working with behavior that poses a risk of accidents or physical harm, property that may result in loss of life, property. Or the production process can be interrupted and damaged This study looked at three main issues: knowledge, attitudes and behaviors, safety and occupational health. The study found that all 3 nationalities had the highest average knowledge about safety and have the lowest safety attitude. The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that the knowledge of safety of all 3 nationalities was no different. There was only a safety attitude and safety behavior significant difference at the 0.05 level. The results of the research suggested as follows: The organization should have knowledge management by using principles of the learning organization.
