ทัศนคติของประชาชนในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาค นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในโครงการ Smart Park
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของประชากรในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาคนิคมอุตสาหกรรมในโครงการ Smart Park และ2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยคำนึงถึงทัศนคติของประชาชนในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาคนิคมอุตสาหกรรมในโครงการ Smart Park ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษา ทัศนคติของประชากรในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาคนิคมอุตสาหกรรมในโครงการ Smart Park โดยมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมทั้งหมด 2 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านการส่งเสริมของโครงการ Smart Park,ด้านผลกระทบของโครงการ Smart Park โดยทำการศึกษาข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบโครงสร้างกับประชาชนในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง จำนวน 104 ราย แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics)ได้แก่ การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ กับระดับทัศนคติของประชากรในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาคนิคมอุตสาหกรรมในโครงการ Smart Park ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ทัศนคติของประชากรในชุมชนมาบชลูด-ชากกลาง ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาคนิคมอุตสาหกรรมในโครงการ Smart Park ด้านการส่งเสริมของโครงการ Smart Park พบว่า โดยภาพรวมประชาชนมีทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับที่เห็นด้วย ( = 4.11),ด้านการผลกระทบของโครงการ Smart Park พบว่า โดยภาพรวมประชาชนมีทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับที่ไม่แน่ใจ ( = 3.46) ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ องค์กรควรที่จะให้ความสำคัญการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชนและคำนึงถึงประชาชนเป็นหลัก องค์การควรมีการศึกษาให้รอบด้านก่อนตัดสินใจ เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คำสำคัญ: โครงการ Smart Park เทคโนโลยี เมืองอัจฉริยะ
This study Intended to 1) To study the attitude of the population in the Mabchalood-Chakklang community. Towards the development of the industrial estate sector in the “Smart Park” project and 2) To study the development recommendations taking into account the attitude of people in the Mabchalood-Chakklang community towards the development of the industrial estate sector in the “Smart Park” project. Which the researcher has studied Attitudes of the population in the Mabchalood-Chakklang community that affects the development of the industrial estate in the Smart Park project, covering 2 aspects as follows: For the promotion of the “Smart Park” project and for the impact of the “Smart Park” project by studying the data with a structured interview with people in the Mabchalood-Chakklang community and analyzed as descriptive statistics. Which are percentage, mean, standard deviation and the inferential statistics which are the comparison of mean differences, one-way analysis of variance and analysis of the relationship among various factors with the attitude level of the population in the Mabchalood-Chakklang community towards the development of the industrial estate sector in the “Smart Park” project The results of studies on the attitudes of the population of the Mabchalood-Chakklang community towards the development of the industrial estate in the Smart Park project showed that. The promotion of the “Smart Park” project found that overall people had attitudes at the agreeing level ( = 4.11), the impact of the Smart Park project found that overall people had attitudes at the uncertainty level ( = 3.46). The results of the research suggested as follows: The organization should focus on the participation of the people in the community and take the people into consideration.
