การประยุกต์หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม กรณีศึกษา : บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน)
Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Environmental Management: IRPC Public Company Limited Case Study
การศึกษานี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมทางสิ่งแวดล้อมที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ความคิดเห็นและความเป็นไปได้ในการประยุกต์หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมขององค์กร และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่เหมาะสมกับการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมขององค์กร ซึ่งการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษากิจกรรมหลักๆ ในองค์กร และเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-Structured Interview) กับผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการประยุกต์และแนวทางที่เหมาะสมโดยทำการศึกษาจากผู้บริหารและหัวหน้าฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งหมด 9 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บริษัทได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงทั้งในด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและอื่นๆ จากผลการสัมภาษณ์พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาประยุกต์ใช้ ได้แก่ วิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายของผู้บริหาร ความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การสื่อสารที่ดีในองค์กร การใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและคำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม การมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานและการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานที่เกิดจากจิตอาสานั้น จะก่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืน นอกจากนั้นแล้วบริษัทยังต้องการการสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณในการสร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆที่สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ของประเทศ และด้านการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจ แนวทางการประยุกต์หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่เหมาะสมกับการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม จะต้องเริ่มตั้งแต่ผู้บริหารเห็นความสำคัญ และเป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินการ ให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานให้ ตระหนักเห็นความสำคัญและประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับจากการดำเนินธุรกิจกับการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาประยุกต์ สร้างความศรัทธาและมีการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานต่างๆขององค์กร คำสำคัญ: ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง, บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน), การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม
This study aimed to study environmental activities which are in line with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP), covering stakeholders’ opinions and possibilities to apply SEP in environmental management in the company and aimed to propose recommendations for applying SEP to organization’s environmental management in proper way. Main activities related to SEP in the company were collected and studied by semi-structured interviews with 9 executive and heads of relevant departments. It is found that the company has conducted activities that are in line with the sufficiency economy philosophy, both in environmental management and others. From the interviews, it was found that correlated factors to conduct activities related to SEP were executive vision and policy, knowledge and understanding in SEP, internal communication in the company, environmental awareness, employees’ participation and relevant external organization’s supports. The volunteer to participate company’s activities were strongly supporting in sustainable way. In addition, the company also needed budgetary support to create new innovations, that have been consistent with changes in the economy, society and environment, and work process improvement to prevent business risks. This study recommended that applying sufficiency economy principles for environmental management in proper way should start from executive of organization and lead to operate related activities. Knowledge and awareness building will lead the company to succeed the application of the sufficiency economy philosophy.
