การศึกษาเรื่องการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ของชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝั่งเหนือ กรุงเทพมหานครครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพทางกายภาพและวัฒนธรรมของพื้นที่ชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝั่งเหนือเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสามารถในการจัดการของชุมชนโดยรอบพื้นที่ชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝั่งเหนือ เป็นใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝั่งเหนือคือ ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้ดูแลจุดท่องเที่ยว และประชาชนที่อาศัยในชุมชน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝังเหนือเป็นชุมชนมุสลิมมีจุดท่องเที่ยวทางกายภาพและทางวัฒนธรรมหลายแห่งที่เป็นที่สนใจของนักท่องเที่ยว แต่ยังขาดร้านอาหารเครื่องดื่มตามกระแสนิยม และจุดเช็คอินที่ดึงดูดแก่นักท่องเที่ยว ส่วนด้านความสามารถในการจัดการชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝั่งเหนือเป็นชุมชนที่เข้มแข็ง คนในชุมชนมีความสามัคคีและร่วมมือกัน ทางชุมชนได้เริ่มพัฒนาชุมชนให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเท่าทีทำได้ อย่างเช่น มีป้ายบอกทางและป้ายแสดงรายละเอียดจุดท่องเที่ยวในแต่ละจุด แต่ทางชุมชนยังขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์(การดำเนินการด้านการตลาด)ให้ชุมชนเป็นที่รู้จักแก่นักท่องเที่ยวภายนอกและการบริหารจัดการเรื่องการเดินทางเพื่อเข้าถึงชุมชน ซึ่งหากชุมชนได้วางแผนเพิ่มร้านอาหารเครื่องดื่ม และ การบริหารจัดการในด้านต่าง ๆ ให้พร้อมแล้วชุมชนริมคลองประเวศฝั่งเหนือน่าจะเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชนที่มีนักท่องเที่ยวสนใจเข้ามาท่องเที่ยวมากยิ่งขึ้น
Study on sustainable tourism management of communities along the Prawet canal on the north side , Bangkok. Objectives are as follows: 1) To study the physical and cultural potential of the community area along the Prawet canal on the north side ; 2) To analyze the management capability of the communities surrounding the community along the Prawet canal on the north side. It is the qualitative research. By using in-depth interviews from people involved in tourism management of communities along the Khlong Prawet North side, namely community leaders, tourism point administrators, and people living in the community. The results of the study revealed that the community along the Prawet Buri canal is a Muslim community with many physical and cultural attractions that are of interest to tourists. But there is still a lack of popular food and beverage restaurants. and check-in points that attract tourists. As for the ability to manage communities along the Prawet canal on the north side, it is a strong community. People in the community are united and cooperative. The community has begun to develop the community as a tourist attraction as possible, for example, there are signs and signs detailing tourist spots in each point. But the community still lacks of public relations (marketing actions) to make the community known to outside tourists and travel management to reach the community. If the community plans to add food, beverages and management in various aspects to be ready, the community along the Prawet canal on the north side should be a community attraction that attracts more tourists to travel.
